Terms of Service

Welcome to The Avenues. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult content where you live. We may verify identity (KYC) for creators before adult content is published.

2. The service

The Avenues connects clients with verified adult companionship providers. We provide discovery, messaging, live streaming, bookings, and an in-app coin wallet. We are a platform — arrangements between users are between those users.

3. Coins & payments

• Coins are an in-app currency: 1 coin = $0.10 USD. Coins are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
• Coins are purchased through Pesepay (EcoCash, InnBucks, cards).
• Creators earn coins from tips, gifts, unlocks, and subscriptions. We take a 20% cut of subscription revenue; other surfaces are currently 0%.
• Creators may withdraw a minimum of 100 coins to EcoCash or bank transfer.

4. Conduct

• No illegal activity, trafficking, or content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• No sharing of phone numbers or off-platform contact before an unlock is purchased; our filters enforce this.
• No harassment, impersonation, or non-consensual content.

5. Safety

Bookings include a panic button and trusted-contact alerts. Use the safety center. We may suspend accounts that threaten the safety of others.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the conduct of any user. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
