The Avenues ("we", "us") operates an adult companionship platform for users worldwide. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the app or web portal you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data — your phone number (used for sign-in), display name, and language preference.
• Creator data — for verified providers: listing details, pricing, media, and KYC documents (government ID), held securely and accessible only to you and our review team.
• Usage data — likes, views, bookings, messages, and wallet transactions needed to run the service.
• Device data — push notification tokens and basic analytics for reliability and fraud prevention.

How we use it

• To provide discovery, messaging, live streaming, bookings, and payments.
• To verify creator identity (KYC) before adult content is published.
• To keep the platform safe — automated phone-number filtering, abuse detection, and panic alerts.
• To process payments through Pesepay. We never store raw card numbers.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Google Firebase (auth, database, storage), Pesepay (payments), Cloudflare (live streaming), and Google Cloud Vision (safety screening). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

• Access / export — request a copy of your data from Settings.
• Deletion — delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period, after which data is purged.
• Block — block any user; blocked users can't contact you.
